Delivery and Setup:

Empire Party Rental is a delivery-only service, and we do not have a physical store open to the public. Our team will deliver and set up all rental equipment at your event location.

Delivery Areas:

We proudly serve the following areas:

  • Corona
  • Riverside
  • And surrounding regions

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery Hours: 8 AM to 12 PM
  • Delivery Timeframe: We will provide an estimated delivery window closer to your event date.

Shipping Charges:

  • Delivery Fees: Charges are based on your location and the equipment you’ve rented. The delivery fee will be included in your final invoice.
  • Setup Fees: The setup of your equipment is included in the rental price.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations: All cancellations incur a 20% fee. This includes the non-refundable deposit.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, the new event date must be within 30 days of the original date. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the rescheduled event.
